Esher Place is a private estate comprising 178 homes situated just off Esher Green and close to the high street. The estate is run on behalf of the residents by the board of directors of Esher Place Residents Limited (EPRL).

Esher Place Estate comprises detached houses dating from the early 1930’s to the present together with a 16th Century tower (Wayneflete Tower) and Esher Place House, which dates back in part to the 18th Century.

EPRL and its Board of Directors are responsible for the upkeep of the Estate on behalf of residents, and to undertake and/or procure that essential services of street light maintenance, signage, statutory company administration, resident communications and utility bill settlement are administered accordingly. The Board is further required to administer a programme of repair and renewal of infrastructure including, but not exclusively, street lighting, roads repair and water management including drain repairs and modernisation. In order to protect the upkeep, maintenance, appearance and so the value of individual homes within Esher Place it is important that owners and shareholders pay their annual subscriptions promptly and in full. Without the financial support of ALL owners and shareholders the work of the Board for the collective good of the Estate is greatly impeded.
